    How do I apply?

    Is training virtual or onsite?
    McGhee & Associates provides training virtually utilizing Adobe Connect. You do not need to leave your home for training.

    Can I live in any state and work?
    We contract with all states except the following: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin. * Only applies to certain call center positions*

    What equipment do I need?
    A PC with Windows 7, 8 or 10 Minimum of 2.8 GhZ Hard wired Internet minimum download speed of 10 Mbps, 3Mbps upload 4GB Memory Landline phone before training is complete

    Are taxes withheld?
    As an independent contractor, taxes are not withheld. You will fill out a W-9 and receive a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes.

    How often will I be paid?
    McGhee & Associates pays a paycheck in arrears and pay days are on the 11th and 25th of every month.

    How long is training?
    Depending on the opportunity you choose, training can be anywhere from 10 days to 4 weeks.

    Can I refer others to these opportunities?
    Of course and for every agent that you refer that completes training and works for 30 days, you will receive a bonus pay out of $50.00.
